Introduction

I have a pretty good reputation in Blacksburg for being able to cook up a pretty good meal. I've even created some of my own recipes through trial and error, with little to no help from "established recipes." That's not to say that nobody has ever come up with these before; shoot, it's a wide world out there. I'm just saying that, even if they did, I came up with these recipes on my own and not by stealing from them.

Dusty's Pizza

I've been told this is "Chicago Style." I've even been told it's "New York Style." I don't know what those are. But I do know that this pizza is very meaty, hearty, mushroomy, black olivy, cheesy, and saucy.

Mexican Turkey

This is a spicy turkey recipe I came up with in honor of a Mexican friend who came over for a turkey dinner on Easter in 2005. The recipe basically revolves around a turkey, hot sauce, and a syringe. It's not super-hot or anything, but it'll definately be the most flavorful turkey you've ever had.
